These terms govern use of the Morning Kitchen apps and this website, operated by Carlos Natera. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Morning Kitchen helps you save recipes, plan meals, and build a shopping list. It is free. It does not process payments or deliver groceries.
Your account
You are responsible for the sign-in method you use (Apple, Google, email, or Facebook when offered). Keep your credentials safe. You may delete the account at any time — see Delete your account.
Your content
You keep the rights to recipes, photos, and comments you add. You grant us a license to host them so the app can sync and, if you mark a recipe public, so other cooks can see it on the Market.
Publishing is not automatic. Imports stay private unless you confirm you have the rights to share them. A source link is not a copyright license. Do not post commercial recipes or photos you do not own.
Acceptable use
Do not harass others, post illegal content, scrape the Market, or try to break other people’s kitchens. We may remove content, block accounts, or report abuse. Use Report and Block in the app if something is wrong.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not promise uninterrupted access. Plan and trolley still work from the copy on your phone when you are offline.
Liability
Morning Kitchen is provided “as is.” Nutrition figures, imported recipes, and shopping quantities are guides — check labels and your own cooking. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
